Since Kuririn and Goku died on planet Namek, that is where they will
reappear when wished back to life.
However, because the planet no longer exists as such, they will be
resurrected into the vacuum of space, where they will certainly die
moments later.
Vegeta proposes that they wish Goku and Kuririn's spirits back to
Earth before attempting to wish them back to life, so that they will
be resurrected on Earth instead.
Bulma arranges to have the surviving Namekians and Vegeta stay with
her at the Capsule Corporation in the meantime.
120 days later, the Namekian Dragonballs become reactivated.
With Dende acting as interpreter, Bulma wishes Goku and Kuririn's
spirits back to Earth.
Polunga relocates Kuririn, but says he is unable to move Goku's spirit
because he is still alive.
Kuririn is wished back to life with the second wish, apparantly no
worse for wear.
Goku is wished back to Earth with the third wish. However, Polunga
says that Goku has refused the offer, saying he will return on his own
shortly.
The third wish is changed to return Yamucha to life, and despite all
established resurrection protocol, he instantly appears in a nearby
fountain.
Four months later, after the Namekian Dragonballs are restored again,
Tenshinhan and Chaozu are wished back to life, one at a time.
With the third wish, the Namekians transport themselves to a new planet,
which they begin to settle.
