XMission Support Closed Saturday Night for Annual Staff Party

XMission technical support will be unavailable on Saturday, December 20th
from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. so all staff members can participate in our
annual Christmas party.

XMission's phones will be in "closed" mode but a technician will be
available nearby via pager (if you have a very dire emergency) by filling
out this form: http://www.xmission.com/911/

Holiday Tech Support Overview

To ensure that customers with serious emergencies can be helped as
promptly as possible on holidays, XMission fields calls to our technical
support department through our voice-mail system.  If you have a critical
emergency and call for technical support during these hours, a message
will detail our emergency support policy for holidays and let you leave a
message.
