Copy of text follows: "Well I'm 98% ready, bike, gear and rider, and sure, to be departing for Spokane Rally, early Tuesday, July 13th. Route planned I-15 north as far as Blackfoot, then NW on the two-lane over to Arco with a stop at Craters of the Moon Nat'l Mnt. (I collect National Park stamps). Then up hi-way 93 to Challis, Salmon, and eventually Lolo, Montana, Hiway 12, and Lolo Pass...camping somewhere toward the end of that stretch. A leisurely day Wednesday the 14th on scenic hiway 12 (Lewis & Clarke route) and the Nez Pierce National Mnt, and on to Lewiston, Idaho, where there is the BMW BBQ for $5 that evening 5:00 - 7:00 pm, at Hells Gate State Park. Camp again somewhere in the vicinity, or maybe go another couple of hours (110 miles or so into Spokane) that evening??? At latest plan on arriving at rally site mid-morning Thursday the 15th. I usually travel solo, and wouldn't want to hold anyone up (I don't travel at lightening speeds, and do stop to take photos now and then) neither would I want to wait too much for others. But, if anyone is interested in this route, and comfortable with 65-70'ish speeds and camping, or otherwise, and wants to form a small traveling group, contact me. e-mail robertallred@aros.net or phone 801 597-1024 I am planning to be at July breakfast/meeting in Morgan, on Saturday, too.
