When I made the artwork for the CDs I was up until 4am working on them so they could get printed. On CD#4 the track listing is off by one on the whole CD. I made the artwork by looking at the first set of CDs that were made without the Intro Track. So the artwork starts with track 1 which is heaven, but really the CD starts with track 1 being the intro track and then track 2 is heaven. I feel real stupid for doing this, but such is life. Anyway to make it up to everyone that got CD#2 from me I will send you a new CD liner with the right track info. If you were one of these people that bought CD#2 from me and want a new track listing let me know and I will drop it in the mail for you. Let me know soon so I can get them all out at once. Also let me know if you just ordered CD#4 from me so I can just send it with that and save a little on postage. The CD label on the disc also has the same problem so Let me know if you want a new sticker also for the CD. I have tested putting a cd sticker over another one and it looks pretty good. Finally, if you are really ticked that you have to do this and want another CD with the right artwork, please send the Old CD back to me and I will send you out a new one with the right artwork. I would prefer just to send out the artwork but since this was my fault I will replace the CD for you if you really want to. Sorry about all this maddness - -Richard P.S. Oooh, all those lucky people now have a double-rarity!! Mistakes on postage stamps (misprints, wrong inks, etc.) usually make the stamp even more valuable. Just look at it this way - it's the personal touch that makes these FP items so cool! just my 2 cents . . . :-) L # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Email majordomo@xmission.com with "info hats" in the message. # Postings must go to hats@xmission.com -- replies go to original sender. # Men Without Hats discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?hats ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 12 Feb 1998 10:07:23 +0000 From: "Richard Holdman" Subject: (hats) Amazing Grace That would be cool to hear a Men Without Hats verson of Amazing Grace. - -Richard # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Email majordomo@xmission.com with "info hats" in the message. # Postings must go to hats@xmission.com -- replies go to original sender. # Men Without Hats discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?hats ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 12 Feb 1998 12:27:58 EST From: HarpiChick@aol.com Subject: Re: (hats) Music Awards In a message dated 98-02-07 01:11:35 EST, cpisarr1@ic3.ithaca.edu writes: > > > Congratluations to Ivan for his recent nomination as "Best New Solo Artist" > > > in the CHR catagory (Contemporary Hit Radio) at the upcoming Canadian > Radio > > Music Awards for "Open Your Eyes". > > so when is this fateful night to be, eh??!? >:/ - -C- # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Email majordomo@xmission.com with "info hats" in the message. # Postings must go to hats@xmission.com -- replies go to original sender. # Men Without Hats discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?hats ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 12 Feb 1998 13:05:02 +0000 From: "Dr. Laura M.B. Kramer" Subject: (hats) I'm not being rude on purpose . . . Hi Hatters! Sorry to clutter the list with my travel plans, but there are a lot of people contacting me about various things, and I thought that one general email might be best. If I haven't gotten back to you immediately, my apologies! We're having crazy fits at work this week and next, and I've been away from my desk for most of the week so far. I will be in Florida tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday (dog show), so I won't be checking and responding to email those days. And as if that weren't bad enough, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week I will be at a business conference on the other side of the state!! So for the next week, I just wanted to let everyone who might be trying to reach me know that I will be away from the office. I will have Mr. Laura check our home email account for important messages. That email address is jlkramer@interpath.com If you need something right away, send an email to that address with URGENT in the subject line - I will tell Jim to look for that. Back here on the 19th .. . Have a good one, everybody! :-) Laura # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Email majordomo@xmission.com with "info hats" in the message. # Postings must go to hats@xmission.com -- replies go to original sender. # Men Without Hats discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?hats ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 12 Feb 98 18:43:27 +0100 From: mike Subject: Re: (hats) Bootleg #2 Artwork messed up >When I made the artwork for the CDs I was up until 4am working on >them so they could get printed. Well, bootlegs usually have mistakes anyway :) I wonder if that makes them even more valuable. No, I would NEVER EVER sell my MWH bootlegs, this is just a curiosity that I am asking if any list members can answer my question :) - -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Online Comic Book http://www.interlog.com/~daniele 883 Fan Page...dal Canada? http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Venue/3603 Spandau Ballet Unofficial Homepage --coming soon: CHAT! http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Palladium/7994 # Need help using (or leaving) this mailing list? # Email majordomo@xmission.com with "info hats" in the message. # Postings must go to hats@xmission.com -- replies go to original sender. # Men Without Hats discography: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo-bin/discogs?hats ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 12 Feb 1998 17:51:57 -0500 From: Charles Farnum Subject: (hats) fav songs as of now i have recieved 24 responses to the song survey but i feel i need at least fifty to make it valid. so please send me your top 3 favorite songs by MWH ivan's solo work counts too.
