I don't think of the 2600 as a bad system now, heck I sometimes still play Adventure from time to time. I have nothing but the highest respect for the ol' VCS, but that doesn't mean I can't like the PlayStation better. Maybe it's unfair to compare Adventure to Alundra or Haunted House to Resident Evil 2, but that's progress for you. Look at it this way, if you were only able to have one game system would you pick the 2600 or the PlayStation? As for the coolness of certain PlayStation games not retaining their coolness in 10 or 15 years I find that highly unlikely. If some of the classic VCS games can stand the test of time then I think the killer PlayStation games of today will still be fun 10 years down the road, but like the 2600 games the PlayStation games of toady will probably only still be cool to those who are playing them now. Okay, first of all, you are a big geek. Secondly, if you hate the N64, why the hell are you on an N64 list server? Thirdly, N64 IS better than Playstation. Maybe PSX games cost less, but do you know how easily CD's scratch? Then there goes 40 bucks down the tubes! Also, it only has 2 MBs of RAM or whatever, within a year, N64 will have 8. If you claim that you can still have a good game with only 2 MBs of RAM, you sir are crazy. One more thing, two controllers? TWO CONTROLLERS?!? Most N64 games are 4 player multiplayer, which is the funnest thing in the world. Take WCW vs. nWo. Even on HARD, it's a really easy game to beat.
