If you would like lower prices, ask one of the Russian colleagues on the list to help you out. You can get a lot of stuf for $5 from there. The only thing you would have to bear in mind is that this country does not pay rights to the author - being YELLO - and that most people on the list see this as a disrespectfull act towards our heroes. For American import - which is also cheaper - you will always need plastic (e.g. American Express, VISA, Mastercard, ...). As YELLO only brings out 1 CD every few years, I see no problem in visiting my CD store every time.
