U.S. Addresses
Standard shipping to U.S. locations is via book rate. There is an addtion
charge for faster methods of shipping.
Book rate shipments usually require five to fourteen days delivery.
All orders ship the next day so you should receive your book in six to
fifteen days. Shipping is $2.00 per order plus $.99 for each book in the
order.
U.S. Shipments via Priority Mail usually require one to three days
delivery. Priority shipping is $6.00 added to the book rate shipping.
Canadian Addresses
All Canadian Shipments are via air mail which is usually four
to seven days delivery. All orders ship next day so you should
receive your books in five to eight days plus any customs delays.
Air mail shipping is charge at $7.00 for the first book and $2.50 for
each additional book.
Rest of the World Addresses
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and Japan via Global Priority Mail. Not all titles can be shipped to these countries. We

show on the view cart is based 3 books per package for a maximum weight
of 4lbs. Your actual shipping charges may be less but can not be calculated
on line.
We no longer ship direct to EU countries because of VAT changes. Please
contract a local bookseller to order our books.
At the present time we ship only to these countries and the USA and Canada.

Customs Information
We have no control over customs charges or time to clear customs. Any
customs charges are paid by you the recipient. Charges and policies
vary from country to country, please check with your local customs
office for more information.
On each international package, the customs form lists the total price
of your items under CD books and books.
