Area of Responsibility
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Western/Pacific region supports the operation of 88 CONUS and OCONUS commissaries, numerous Central Distribution Centers, a NEXMART and the only DeCA commissary on a Coast Guard Station. Commissaries are located in Alaska, Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Washington and the Far East (Japan, Korea and Okinawa). Annual sales for FY 98 totaled approximately $1.46 billion.

The DeCA Western/Pacific Region fully supports the DeCA mission of ensuring military readiness and retention of quality personnel by providing a valuable part of the military compensation package, which enhances quality of life through a worldwide Commissary system for the resale of groceries and household supplies to authorized patrons.
