Lords of the Earth, Campaign 13
Southern Yen Dynasty
This empire was founded in 384 CE by a rebel general from the Hsiung'nu federation. I was unable to turn up much more information than that the Southern Yen are at war with the Toba Wei.It was one of the Shih-liu kuo, the Sixteen Kingdoms, that dominated northern China during the 4th and early 5th centuries CE. Lacking administrative experience, they relied heavily on co-opted local leaders, scribes, and priests.
