Lords of the Earth, Campaign 13
Western Ts'in Dynasty
This empire was founded in 385 CE by a Turko-Mongol rebel general from the Hsiung'nu federation. The dynasty lead a tenuous existence, struggling with its Chinese nobles and ambitious neighbours.It was one of the Shih-liu kuo, the Sixteen Kingdoms, that dominated northern China during the 4th and early 5th centuries CE. Lacking administrative experience, they relied heavily on co-opted local leaders, scribes, and priests.
