Leader Notes

This section covers various issues around the leaders listed on your stats sheet (see 7.0).

When There Are Too Many

Such a problem, you are thinking.   It can happen quite easily, however, and one is sometimes left wondering why a newly-acquired Allied city cannot contribute to the nation simply because it joined later than an Allied region that supplies an army.

Rank Has Privileges
Leaders of higher status or control will be kept, while those of lower rank are dropped.   Thus a Prince will stay, a Feudal Ally will go.   In order of decreasing leader rank, we have:
  1. King, Queen, or Regent
  2. Heir or Heiress
  3. Prince or Princess
  4. Lieutenant
  5. Full Ally
  6. Feudal Ally
  7. Spy
  8. Bishop, on loan from a Primate Religious Authority
In some cases extra leaders may be added due to special circumstances, e.g. Mercenary, Temporary, or Rebel.

Your comments are welcome.
