Mom's Favorite Recipes
TAPIOCA PUDDING
2 egg whites
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c tapioca
4 c milk (including one 
	 13 oz can evap milk)
2 egg yolks
1/4 t salt
2 t vanilla
butter
Mix tapioca, half of the sugar, milk, yolks, and salt. Beat eggs whites to soft peaks then add other sugar. Set egg whites aside. Cook milk mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a full boil and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir into egg white mixture. Stir in vanilla and butter. Serve warm or chilled.
BROWNIES
2 cubes butter, melted
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
4 eggs
2 c flour
Bake in greased 9X13 pan, 350 degrees for 28 minutes. Don't overbake.
