and the rest of the alphabet too.

Comfort: Sometimes it just comes down to being able to be yourself. Buying a new home is stressful enough without feeling like you have to put on an act for the Realtor® or lender.Representation: I pride myself on my negotiating skills and really enjoy getting the best deal for my clients. Most people know that Realtors represent the sellers. Too few realize that buyers can also have full representation at no cost to the buyer.
Knowledge: Ask me anything. I can answer your questions about market value, traffic levels, commuting time, shopping centers, maintenance headaches, and neighborhoods. And other stuff, too. Like where's the best after work watering hole? Is there a hiking club? Will the neighbors freak if we hang out our rainbow flag? Where is the best brunch spot? How about Dim-Sum? Do you need a Temple recommend for a ZCMI credit card? And what the heck is a ZCMI? Come to that, what the heck is a Temple recommend?
