"WE'RE JUST STARTING TO LOOK..."

Every homeowner started just like you. You've read some ads, driven by houses, maybe even gone inside a few. You've talked with one or two agents. And you have questions. Lots of questions.

You've come to the right place. On my web site, you'll find the answers you need to the most commonly asked questions. Questions I've heard from people just like you. If you need an answer I haven't covered here, email me at bradley@xmission.com, or call me at 801.550.0330.

MY PHILOSOPHY:

AN INFORMED CLIENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT.
When you decide that you want a particular property, I do the research for you. I will do my best to determine the property's real value; it's potential problems or advantages. This way I can negotiate the best deal for you.

HOW DO YOU DO THAT?
The value of a home is determined by many factors. Location, age, style, amenities.... and emotion. Many buyers end up paying more than they should because they fall in love with a house, and can't or won't see its flaws. They're afraid to negotiate with the seller, or they don't know how. Or even worse, the buyers are working without an agent of their own and the seller's agent is their only source of information. When you're buying a house, a mistake can be costly. Knowledge is power!

I'll help you through every step of the process from beginning to end. Using your guidelines, I'll sort through the hundreds of homes available every day, so that you don't waste time looking at homes that you aren't interested in. With more than a decade of experience, I can read between the lines of the advertising blurbs. I'll help you determine if a home is over- or under-priced, guide you through the mountains of paperwork, and recommend appropriate inspections - saving you time and money.

By giving you all the information you need, I help you make the best decision for you.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN SOMETHING?

Most Realtors want you to sign a binding contract before they'll even discuss your home search. This arrangement guarantees that the agent gets paid, even if you find and buy a home on your own. Great for the agent. Even if they do nothing for you - you still have to pay.

I DON'T BELIEVE IN DOING BUSINESS THAT WAY.

That's why I won't ask you to sign anything until we get to know each other first. In most cases I won't even ask you to sign a buyer agency contract until we are ready to make an offer on your new home.

YOU SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - WHAT'S THE CATCH?

No catch. I make my living full-time as a Realtor. No safety net, no back-up plan. So I have to be good at this business. I have to know my stuff. Most of my new clients are referrals from happy homeowners.

In fact...

IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY - I'LL GIVE YOU MY PAYCHECK!

Yup, uh-huh. I'm confident enough to offer this unique guarantee. No other agent will make you that promise.

No small print... no excuses... no whining.

I'll prove to you that some people still do the job right.

I'm one of them.

And you've got nothing to lose.

Okay Brad, you've convinced me! I want to go for a no-commitment test drive

If I was as good at web page design as I am a Realtor this button would work. Why not just call me instead?.
