My involvement with the local Gay community has included a two-year stint as a trained volunteer facilitator for weekly Safe Sex workshops for the Utah AIDS Foundation.
My interest in photography led me to volunteer services as a staff photographer for the Triangle and The Bridge community newsmagazines.
Past Entertainment Director for the annual Utah AIDS Foundation Walk For Life.

I began a full time career in real estate in 1992 and found that 16% of my sales volume was from Gay or Lesbian clients. By 1996 that number had grown to 43% "family" sales volume. Each year sales to GLBT clients continued to grow until reaching an average of about 70%, which seems to hold steady year after year.
In addition to handling your real estate transaction I can put you in touch with GLBT friendly loan officers, title companies, and insurance agents.
Then I'll introduce you to many of your new neighbors and help you feel a part of the Salt Lake family. And if discretion is your comfort level I can respect that as well.

"As a resident of Seattle and a former resident of San Francisco and Washington D.C., I was less than thrilled when my partner announced he had been transferred to Salt Lake City, Utah. My first reaction was to pack his suitcase and dig out a handkerchief to waive at his departing plane. Instead I dug out a gay guide, took out a subscription to two Salt Lake City lesbian and gay newspapers, and found an advertisement for an openly gay realtor. Brad Dundas hooked us up with a mortgage company that didn't ask or care why two unmarried men were buying a house together and helped us find a house we could easily afford in a neighborhood that we were sure we couldn't afford at all - a neighborhood that is both gay friendly and populated by friendly gays.
As a Realtor®, Brad Dundas impressed me for a number of reasons. When we told him what we wanted and how much we could afford, he found us a house that met all of requirements and was substantially less expensive than we were willing and expected to pay. When the seller failed to credit us with a $100 cleaning deposit, something I had forgotten about as well, Brad remembered and made the seller write us a check although he had already been paid and had no financial incentive to care.
Throughout the process, Brad was scrupulously honest. He never exaggerated and never attempted to sell us more house than we could afford. He pointed out flaws in houses I was ready to purchase on the spot.
