Question:
How to make files not go to the recycle bin in Windows.
Answer:Note: Remember that these recommendations, when done, will cause
any deleting file to be permanently erased and will not likely be
able to be recovered. There are two methods of making files NOT go to the recycle bin when
deleting them.
Method One:
When deleting the file press and hold Shift and
then press delete. Method Two:
Microsoft Windows 95 users: right-click on the Recycle Bin on the
desktop, click the Properties tab, select the box which says "Do
not move items to recycling bin once deleted." and click ok. Microsoft
Windows 98, NT 4.0, ME, 2000, and XP users: right-click on the Recycle Bin on the desktop. In the
Global tab, select the box which says "Do not move files to the Recycle
Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted." and click ok
