What is Video Palette Snooping?

Answer:

Video Palette snooping is an option which was used with old video capturing cards on the PCI Bus. Because it is not normally used with today's video cards, it is recommended that this option be disabled.

How do I disable the Palette Snooping?

If available, the Palette Snooping can be disabled by entering the computer CMOS and within the settings, changing it to disabled.
