  • The fight between Goku and No. 19 gets underway.
  • Goku, as a Super Saiyan, lands multiple punches and kicks on No. 19 in a furious display of strength.
  • However, Piccolo feels uneasy about Goku's performance. He knows that Goku's energy level as a Super Saiyan should be higher still.
  • Outside the city, Yamucha, who was still shaken up by his encounter with No. 20, reveals that the Artificial Humans are capable of absorbing an opponent's energy.
  • In an attempt to end the confrontation decisively, fires a Kamehame-Ha at No. 19.
  • No. 19 greedily absorbs the energy from the Kamehame-Ha through a device in his palm, and uses it as his own!
  • No. 19 grows stronger, while an out-of-breath Goku painfully clutches at his chest.
  • The symptoms of Goku's viral infection progress rapidly, and begin to overtake his strength!
