Mr. Pinball Tip:

Have you ever had a Gottlieb solid state pinball stay running more than a day or two? If you have, then you're pretty lucky! It may take a lot of time, but try soldering the wires from the driver board directly to the cpu. It has been one of the most common problems I have found on the almost 40 Gottlieb pins I have repaired. Trust me when I say these games are repairable. Also try replacing the three chips in the lower left corner. I believe they are #7414's or close to that. Also remember that the two tilt slam switches, one on the bottom of the play field and one on the side of the bottom box must always be CLOSED! HAPPY FIXING...
