Here is a trick that allows you to make any screwdriver a screw-holder.
Just keep a tube of Loc-Tite(TM) in your toolbox. When you need to install
a screw in a hard-to-reach area, place a couple drops of the Loc-Tite(TM) in
the screw slot, then press the screw onto the screwdriver tip and hold for 5
seconds or so. The screw will stick to the driver long enough to get it
installed.
