It's NOT, IMHO.  You'd be MUCH better off with a "Cumberland" from Deer
Creek's Wilderness Rifle Works line, which, by the way is semi-custom
hand-made, NOT production firearms from Italy like those from Cabelas. 
Cut rifleing, curly maple stocks (NOT euorpean walnut or some odd-ball
wood), a properly designed and made lock, triggers, etc., are quality
accuratly reproduced items from good gun makers.  Quality doesn't cost
