Damn John.....just when I figured we head all this settled!  How about the
"Intercoastal Waterway" which runs from Florida to who knows where.... well, a
different set of rules here, and I'll let the Captain Lahti brief that one....
As for me, if I'm lookin for someone camping on the left or right side of the
river, I be sure to ask which way he's headed, upstream or down......
