| No More Homeless
Pets in Utah |
Do you live in Utah?
Please visit No More
Homeless
Pets in Utah. The efforts of these people truly make me
proud
to live in Utah! You'll find much more than homeless cats and
dogs
to adopt: if you already have a pet, you'll find a wealth of options
for
having your pet spayed/neutered and vaccinated at a very low cost (a
coupon
you can print out to save $20 at participating vets, a mobile clinic,
plus
more!). |
| TopCat Sisal Scratching Post |
I have found THE best
scratching post! It's
made out of rough sisal "fabric" (NOT the rope, a weave!). It's
tall (29
inches), doesn't fall over, doesn't wobble, and doesn't slide across
the floor. And, of course, the best part: all the cats love
it. It's called the TopCat
Sisal Scratching Post. |
| Pawprints
and Purrs |

five-year
program to bring an end to the killing of homeless animals in our home
state of Utah. The blueprint of the program also serves as a model for
other communities and states.) |

surprisingly
quick loading, many of the cat pages are literally books, and you can

Soft
Paws are an excellent alternative to declawing. Developed by
Dr.
Christianne Schelling, DVM, Soft Paws are vinyl nail caps that are
glued
on to your cat's existing nails. They look like a cat's nail, only
hollow.
They are easy to apply at home, and cats and their owners love them.

eBay.com
|
One of the
best shopping
places is the online auction house eBay. It's sort of a huge flea
market, with items being sold by people all around the world. At
any given time, there are hard-to-find cat collectibles, cat supplies,
original and reproduction paintings of cats, and a whole lot
more.
You need to register (it's free) and read the guidelines, then either
use
the search engine or look in some of the categories such as Collectibles:Cats
or Feline Supplies. If you've purchased the 100 Mainzer
dressed
cat postcards, look through the Animal Postcards category for
more.
On VERY rare occasions, you'll find me selling something there as well. |

Hilary Renaissance, Animal Communicator
|
Hilary
"facilitates the conversation between you and your animal friend so you
can learn more about each other. The communication is based on
questions you have regarding the animal's health, behaviors,
personality or what ever else you want to know. Each animal, like each
human, has a unique perspective and wisdom to share with us. If given
the opportunity, our animal friends can teach us a great deal."
