Food Services

The dining hall will be serving lunch Tuesday through Friday from noon to 2:00 p.m. We have had very positive comments from those who have purchased these meals in the past. We thank Betty Podlesny and her staff!

MENU

A complete meal will include either the Salad Bar or Potato Bar or the Daily Selections below, each with a beverage and dessert.

Tuesday - Deli Sandwich Bar - choice of turkey, ham, beef and variety of freshly baked buns. Includes tossed green salad and macaroni or potato salad.

Wednesday - Fiesta Bar - enchiladas, taco bowls, taco meat, refried beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa, corn/flour taco shells and spanish rice.

Thursday - Jordan Sub - freshly baked french bread, variety of meats, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Same salad choices as Tues.

Friday - Pizza, tossed green salad, bread stick.

PRICES

Per meal: $4.50 - Adult $4.00 - Children (11 and under)

Lunch tickets must be purchased in advance. Please fill out the form and include it with your registration. Please record order amount on the Summary of Payment sheet

Child Care Services

Jordan High School operates a licensed day care center in the school building. They are offering their services Tuesday 15 - Friday 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday 19, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We appreciate Jennifer Richards and her staff for being willing to help us with this service! Since this service is offered through Jordan High School, pre-registration will be a necessity. They require a $25.00 deposit, which will be applied to the fee, and you will pay them the balance when you come to institute. Two options are available; the full 4 1/2 days for $100 or half days for the week for $55.00. If 25 or more children are registered the price will be reduced to $90.00 for the full week and $50.00 for half days.

Donations

Costs of running our institute are going up, along with everything else. We are putting every effort into keeping costs down while running a high caliber music camp. We must pay the faculty, their housing, airfare, and food. Our students are of such an advanced level that we need to increase the quality of our faculty yearly. We pay both Jordan High School and Jordan District for the facilities where we hold the institute. Printing and postal costs are constantly on the rise,as well as many other operating costs.

Your contribution will help ensure that classical music training is available for the next generation. We greatly appreciate any donations you can make. All donations are tax deductible. You may add a donation to your registration amount (see p. 22), or mail one in separately with instructions as to how you would like it to be used.
