There is an interesting story behind the aquisition of this
specimen. I was at the Rock Pick Legend rock shop, in the "expensive
goods" section and I knocked a real nice and real expensive tourmaline
specimen off the shelf. It hit the floor and shattered. Rick refused to
let me pay for it (even though it was sitting right next to the sign that
said "You break it you buy it". So I felt compelled to buy another
of his expensive items to help make up for it and that is how I came by
this nice little piece. |
