Henry Joseph Diehl
Was born in Germany(?) About 1840. He married Katherine Eve Walters
and
immigrated to Kansas City where he had at least three children.
Edward Joseph Diehl
Son of Henry Joseph, and my father's father, was born Oct 14, 1865 in
Kansas City.
He married Florence Mae Northrup Nov. 15, 1901 in Marlette, Michigan. They
had two children,
1. Harold Wallace Diehl, my father, married Madeline Hill, my mother, in 1939.
2. Eveline Diehl.
Henry M. Diehl
Son of Henry Joseph, married Rose (no maiden name) and had at least
three
children:
1. Eva Katherine Diehl, wife of Frank Inzerello.
2. Harry Diehl, a United States Bank Examiner.
3. Katie Diehl.
Maggie Diehl
Daughter of Henry Joseph, married Louis Zwiessler (or
Zwiesler, I'm not sure of the spelling) and had at least seven
children:
1. Charles Zwiessler.
2. Louis Zwiessler.
3. Johnny Zwiessler.
4. Marie Zwiessler, Sister M. Loretto, St. Mary's Academy, Wichita, Kansas.
5. Francis Zwiessler, wife of Mike O'Connor, Wichita, Kansas.
6. Anna Zwiessler, wife of O. Cannoll, Washington, D.C.
7. Irene Zwiessler.
