<p><i>We will have on display at the shows: </i></p>
<p>1. Multi-Fill offers filling equipment for difficult-to-fill
products such as cooked rice and pastas (long and short goods),
couscous, taboule, IQF, blanched or fresh vegetables, fruit, pasta
salads, ready meals and prepared salads into many types of containers
at speeds from 20 up 120 cpm. This mobile unit can be quickly cleaned
for a product changeover or moved to a different production line in
minutes. It can be positioned over many different conveying systems,
continuous or intermittent, horizontal or vertical bagging machines. </p>
<p>2. The MPFS distribution systems have been designed to meet the
challenge of distributing particulate products into horizontal
multi-lane conveying systems or vertical pouch machines. From one
filling head, the portions are distributed into 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8
pouches or other types of containers, depending on the configuration of
the pattern selected, at up to 12 to 15 cycles per minute. </p>
<p>The distribution systems can be used with our MPFSC fillers or as a
stand alone unit in combination with multi-head scaling machines or
other portioning systems such as rotary pocket fillers, vibrator
feeders or counting machines.</p>
