Distribution Systems for Multi-Lane Horizontal Conveyors or Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Machines

The distribution systems are custom built to accommodate various line configurations. This principle can also be applied to the in-feed supply of various vertical, pre-form type pouch machines.

Portions are distributed from one filling head into multiple locations (e.g. 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 pouches). Depending on the configuration of the pattern selected, product can be filled at speeds up to 12-15 cycles per minute.

These systems replace hand-placing of the product into containers, multiple filling heads, and/or complicated depositor mechanisms such as buckets, cups, flappers, diverters, chutes, vibrators, and belts. They require little space on the line.

As product is placed cleanly into the container, seal contamination and re-work are minimized.
