Upgrades and Innovations

Belt quick release system:

No tools required to release tension on the belt and remove the belt.




Parts cart:

An optional parts cart is recommended for each volumetric filler. All removeable and interchangeable parts from the filler can be stored on the cart, allowing for easy cleaning and spare parts maintenance.

The parts cart is manufactured in stainless steel and equipped with a variety of hooks and slots to hold the various filler parts. Casters have been added for mobility, and an optional locking tool box can also be added to the cart.

• Prevention of lost parts
• Prevention of damaged parts
• Prevention of contaminated parts (parts are kept away from floor bacteria)
• Efficent spare parts storage
• The heavy-duty parts cart is ideal to keep change parts close at hand and to speed up assembly and disassembly operations




IQF rice rail option:

This option is recommended if you fill IQF products such as rice and small dimensioned vegetables.




Needle assembly:

This option is recommended if you fill delicate products such as long pastas (spaghetti, fettuccini) or filled pastas such as ravioli or tortellini.




Sharp knife assembly:

Necessary when filling vegetables or meat products.




Moving discharge assembly:

This option assists in precise placement of product in moving containers, and allows for increased speeds if the compartment is small or/and the pitch is long.




MPFS fillers with Square-D PLC can be retrofitted with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC:

Since the purchase of the Square-D line of electrical components by Telemecanique, some of the Square-D components have become obsolete and are no longer available for replacement. A new solution with an ALLEN BRADLEY programmable controller and graphics panel is now available. The graphics panel makes machine operation and troubleshooting much simpler.




MPFS and MPFM pocket fillers with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC:

The new fillers are now manufactured with ALLEN BRADLEY programmable controllers and graphics panels.




Individual vacuum pump per MPFS head:

Included on all MPFSC models. This feature can improve weights and accuracy. Conversions are available for MPFS models.




Change parts for smaller or larger fill volumes:

We have change parts or complete filling assemblies to fill as little as 1 to 2 oz. and as much as 3 lbs. of rice/pasta/cut vegetables, etc. depending on piece size, speed, and container type in one or several fills.




Institutional size MPFS:

We have also developed an institutional MPFS filler for volumes up to 3 pounds in one fill shot.
