08-18-97 Added mention of my new story When the Music Stops. I will be posting parts every Monday and Thursday until the story wraps to SLFIC@md.esosoft.com. Once the story wraps, I'll upload the completed, HTML version here. Also added mention of The Morpheus Solution, a story in progress which I hope to start posting to TPFICT in November.

07-29-97 Updated the Tips to version 3.1. At this risk of sounding more flakey than usual, I removed almost all the stuff I added to make it version 3.0. That is, I took out the TPFICT and SLFIC rules and made those separate documents. This was done in the interest of making the Tips slightly more universal and a lot smaller.

07-22-97 Updated the Tips to version 3.0. Most of the changes are centered around a rewrite and update to the TPFICT and SLFIC rules, although there is some rewording throughout, and a couple of minor additions.

06-30-97 Made a few minor wording changes on the main page. Added a What's New? link at the top of the page which links to this page. Changed the entry for 02-04-96 to show what stories this page had when it started. Split the versions of Atropos Project and Good Question that appear on this page from the versions linked from the TPFICT archive. There's no difference between the two except that the ones linked from my fanfic page have counters on them. Changed the background to black, the text to white, and the visited link colour to yellow. Also changed the name of the archive to Writing Archive to reflect the rather belated fact that I have more than just fiction here. Replaced the graphic lines with horizontal rules.

06-06-97 Since it seems no one wants to comment on anything here, which means I have no idea what things people are even hitting, I've decided to add counters to every story. Counters will not be added to the non- fiction, model languages, or poetry.

06-03-97 uploaded The Complete Caplan, another little essay on my fictional family, who they are now and what I think of their growth. Updated Introduction to the Caplans, fixed a couple of internal typos and the mailto: link, and shortened the summary of the essay on the fiction page.

05-29-97 figured out how to get uploading capability, I hope, without having to get another internet account somewhere. Uploaded Leave Youth Its Roses and updated Return. Youth is something of experimental fiction for me, being that it's not fanfic except that it uses original characters from a fanfic universe, and that it's almost not even science fiction. It's set in September 1997, a year before my part of the TF universe kicks into being. Comments on this piece are especially appreciated.

05-28-97 added the entry for Leave Youth Its Roses. The story is done, needing only to be beta-read. I don't have uploading capability at the moment, which is why it's not linked. It is available upon request.

04-23-97 A long time between updates and little to show for it. Added entry for a new story on the word processor called Not Of Woman Born. Take a guess what that one's about? Updated the Impossible Things entry to show that the story has been posted to SLFIC. Updated Atropos. What? You thought it was done a long time ago? So did I. But, upon doing a reread a few days ago, I realised that the ending did happen way to fast -- something my beta-readers told me the first time around that I ignored. So, I added an extra scene to the end.

02-25-97 linked Impossible Things.

02-12-97 added mention of Impossible Things to fanfic listings. I'll link it as soon as it's beta-read. This is my first completed Sliders story . . . vingette . . . story. Work. Something like that. It clocks in at about 5 pages. Also fixed the broken ke maña link and made a few minor changes to Perception.

02-06-97 updated the Tips to version 2.3.

02-04-97 Today is the one year anniversary for this page. In the past year, it's registered 595 hits, over 300 of which came in the last quarter, and not a single response message. It's obvious people are visiting the site. I'd appreciate if people who also drop me a note about what they've read there. Good or bad, makes no difference, as long as its constructive criticism. I wouldn't have this site if I didn't care about what people thought.

02-01-97 added ke maña to the non-fiction listings. This is a grammar for my first serious attempt at a model language, as well as my longest attempt at one. I've been working on some incarnation of this language since I was 14. Needless to say, it bears no resemblance now to how it looked then. It's also linked through my Model Languages page.

01-27-97 corrected typos in Like Pulling Teeth and The Rhubarb Thesis. Same typo in each one, too. I keep wanting to spell "not" with a "w".

01-19-97 updated Perception and added OB&A: Vengeance

01-04-97 added a graphic line between the Fanfic and Tomorrow's Future entries. Changed the description of OB&A. Centered the email and return links at the bottom of the page.

01-03-97 updated the status of Atropos, which I forgot to do last time. It is now no longer listed as being in progress. Fixed some spelling errors in Innocence and Remembrance. Updated Smile. Updated the Grammar FAQ to version 2.2.
