From: Albin Johnson (Syzygy)
Syzygy hopes to get Taanik home and get him rested if nothing else is
called for after the scuffle with Syte. At any rate, whenever the tension
settles a bit, he decides to take Taanik out for a grand night of drinking
and carousing. As far as Syzygy is concerned, much too much has been done
that resembles work since arriving on Metrosphere and he's ready to kick
back for a night or two. If Zane sees nothing wrong with Taanik going out,
they'll proceed and invite whoever else wants to join them (although the
women will have to hear about it second hand :)
Syzygy will hope to drop in on some Dralasite steam baths if any are around
- the hot, humid air of those places are very comfortable to a one who is
used to the tropical body-heat and moisture of a hive full of Vrusk. The
normal recycled air in the city is much too cold and dry for his liking.
In the heat of the moment (no pun intended) during their night out, he'll
turn to Taanik and propose they go get tattoos.
"(slight slur from the Vruskan drink "Anaphylaxis") Heya, buddy, watcha say
we go and get branded?! I mean, you Drals like paintin' yer bodies and
all, 'specially on Inner Reach. We can get some kinda squadron patch to
commemorate this mission, or something personal...whatever you like."
Even if Taanik isn't willing to go thru with it, Syzygy will purchase a
prominent and colorful tattoo to adorn his left shouler and left
upper-abdomen that will stretch all the way down to his left wrist. The
design will be a cryptic-looking geometric pattern of interlaced links from
Dralasite traditional art-forms.
Over the course of days, some in the party may soon begin to notice Syzygy
gradually growing more and more idiosyncratic in his behavior, humming
obscure diddies as he thinks, tapping his eight feet in certain patterns
over and over, and asking the oddest questions point-blank.
(e.g.: Syzygy sitting in a bar has been silent for an hour. When the
bartender walks up he suddenly and for no reason engages him/her/id/it in
an off-the-wall question: "Say, if the police were to arrive in about 30
minutes and question you for a physical description of me, what would you
say in 20 words or less? Just wondering.")
In addition, he'll be observed playing more intensely with the Dral puzzle
at his side, and when eating his pistachio nuts becomes almost ritualistic
in his feeding behaviour, carefully storing the used shells so they don't
make a mess. If the bag is spilled for any reason, he'll yelp and rush to
pick each and every shell up.

Probably true but it looks like Tork is about to try and get himself involved in a
high-speed chase. Personaly I would rather take this opportunity and catch Dakka
then pull back and defend Selson.

Ah yes, it was ..[ sounds of John turning pages ].. "Alicia". And from the conversation
that Kare 'overheard', Alicia does not trust us either. I think Alicia is a definate
canidate for a background check.

A couple things don't add up and to this end Tork would like to be able to question
Dakka before we turn him over. If Dakka is captured Tork will suggest that we move him
to one of our apartments for questioning.
Unless I missed something, Dakka never said he was going to kill Syte. [ Looking back
through notes ] Here it is (from the last segment):
: He shakes his head as his voice steadily raises from a mutter to shout. "You know
: so little about what you're talking about. I don't care about money, and I never
: gave a damn about the Streel Corporation! I HAVE ONE THING TO DO AND ONE THING
: ONLY! Go! Get out of here!"
I don't doubt that Dakka Stye is after Selson but AFAIK he never admitted to it. The
other thing that has me bugged: If Dakka is working with 'The Lord of Shadows' why isn't
Dakka wearing one of those invisibility suits?

I think I missed something here... Is it possible that some prankster left Tork off
the list of mail recipients ???

You'll be unhappy!?!?!?! According to 'The Yazarian Handbook for Picking Life-Enemies'
having fleas added to your bed *is* a valid reason to deam someone your Life-Enemy.

Just make sure that the prankster is *in* the apartment when you depressurize.
