Just wondering...

I found this on the FNN news release about Metrosphere...

"The CCS manages a complex underground router that gives every point in the
city access to every other point.:

Do you think there is any chance of us getting into that router system?

The central router is located underground--directly beneath the Computer
Spire (I9 on the First Landing Underground Level map).  The only way to get
to it is to

a.  Dig through the ground from an adjacent underground area

or

b.  Pass through the Computer Spire first

Right now, I'm not sure which would be easier :)
