; Today's image is pure insanity.  Never have I seen such a motley 
; collection of fractal possibilities with so little organization. 
; There are diamonds, spirals, shapeless fragments, and almost any-
; thing one could imagine scattered through the image.  The name 
; "Iterative Insanity" seems quite appropriate for such chaos.

; The parent fractal is the same Z^1.26+C Mandeloid of the past 
; two FOTD's.  To find today's image I went to the north branch of 
; the most prominent valley of the parent, and dove down to a 
; magnitude of a modest 1800.  The 47-minute render time is a 
; result of the unusually high iteration count of the elements of 
; the image.

; Unable to decide whether I liked the image, I rated it at an 
; average 5, which gives an overall value of 11 when adjusted for
