; In yesterday's FOTD discussion I mentioned that I had not yet 
; glimpsed the midget that lies at the center of the frame.  In 
; today's FOTD image we remedy that shortcoming.  In today's image 
; I used the same color palette with only a few minor changes, so 
; today's image closely resembles yesterday's, though the pattern 
; this close to the midget itself is far more broken.

; Today's image might be considered better than yesterday's, but 
; it is also a near-repeat.  Considering both these things, I 
; rated it at a 7, which is the same as the rating of yesterday's 
; FOTD.  Remembering those great old 1950's horror movies, I named 
; the image "Son of Scene".

; Since today's scene is far deeper than yesterday's, the render 
; time is over twice as long.  But as always, relief is at hand in

; The weather was near perfect here at Fractal Central on Mother's 
; Day Sunday.  Only a brisk wind kept it from being absolutely 
; perfect.  The high temperature of 75F 24C and cloudless skies 
; lured the cats into the farthest reaches of the yard, but the 
; constant blowing of the wind kept them from venturing into 
; regions unknown.  Today promises to be equally perfect, with far 
; less wind.  We will see what the duo makes of it.  For me, the 
; work is moderate and the fractals are unending.  Until next
