; Today's FOTD rates an 8, and with its glowing pentagons, the 
; image is unusual enough to make it an honest 8.  The image is a 
; Julia set of the Z^1.11+C Mandeloid as it appears 111 levels up 
; the complex log spiral.  The Mandel aspect of the scene is an 
; egg-shaped open bay surrounded by much chaos.  Today's Julia set 
; is associated with a point just offshore of the southwest shore-
; line of the bay, a point where the chaos is at a minimum.

; A quick glance will reveal the reason why I named the image 
; "Pentagons".  It is filled with bits and pieces of near-perfect 
; Pentagons, with a few whole pentagons thrown in for good 
; measure.  The rating of an 8 is the first rating this high in a
