Actually, the image shows part of a ; 'figure 8' Julia set of the Z^(1.5)+C Mandeloid as it appears ; PI levels *down* the log ladder. ; ; The same image could be calculated in a little over half the ; time by the 'JuliaMiN' formula, since setting the p2 parameter ; of the JuliaBC formula to minus-PI is the same as calculating ; (-Z)^(1.5)+C, which is what the JuliaMiN formula does. But ; under 4 minutes is not too unreasonable a time to wait for a ; tree to grow, so I let the JuliaBC formula do the job. ; ; As has been the case so often recently, I gave the image no name ; and no rating. If I had named and rated it, I would have chosen ; a name something like "Monkey Puzzle Tree" and a rating around ; 6.
