; Today's image is a scene in the fractal that results when 
; Z^(2.3) is subtracted from Z^(1.7) then C is added.  It was 
; given extra impact by the dark goth-like color palette and the 
; 'outside=tdis' rendering option.

; The parent fractal appears as a distorted Mandelbrot set, 
; rotated 180 degrees, so that the large period-2 bud is on the 
; east side of the main bay.  This large bud has two prominent 
; secondary buds, with equally prominent filaments extending from 
; each of the buds.  Today's small midget is located in the 
; vicinity of a larger midget on the north filament.
