; Today's curious image is of a midget in the Z^(1.1)+C Mandeloid 
; as it appears 111 levels up the logarithmic ladder.  Midgets are 
; hard to find in Mandeloids of such a low order, but the 'fmod' 
; outside option is a lot of help.

; I named today's image "Into the Tunnel".  The tunnel might well 
; be the one a fractalist enters as he leaves this world.  Since 
; there is supposed to be a bright light at the end of this type 
; of tunnel, I colored the central midget a bright white.

; I gave the image no rating.  I found too little time to give the 
; coloring the attention it deserves.  As a result, there is a 
; kind of muddiness that detracts from the effect of light at the 
; end of the tunnel.

; Morning rain gave way to afternoon clouds here at Fractal 
; Central on Wednesday, while the temperature hovered around 52F 
; 11C.  The fractal cats had nothing to say about the conditions.  
; With me, the work was still quite heavy, but I managed to find 
; time for today's image.  And my bum leg is showing the first 
; hints of improvement, so there may indeed be light at the end of 
; the tunnel.  The next FOTD will appear in 24 hours.  Until then,
