; came to mind when the weather report came on the radio, talking 
; about scattered showers as I was searching for a name.  The name 
; is not too far wrong.  The image holds an infinity of midgets 
; among another infinity of various fractal details.

; The parent fractal is a twisted and squeezed Mandelbrot set 
; lying far out near -138 on the negative real axis.  Today's 
; scene is located in the southern branch of Seahorse Valley of 
; this remote parent fractal.

; The render time of 10 minutes is rather slow for such an unim-
; pressive fractal image.  To relieve impatience, I recommend

; Friday was a rainy but very warm day here at Fractal Central, 
; with a temperature of 61F 16C, which is almost unheard of here
