; The power was out most all afternoon here at Fractal Central, 
; and there was also a sizable job to finish.  As a result I had 
; no time to find a worthy fractal for today.  But this situation 
; has been prepared for.  I had a marginal fractal stored away for 
; a rainy day, and today was that rainy day.

; I named the image "Emergency Back-up", though I gave it no 
; rating.  If I had had more time to work on it, I might have 
; brought it up to a level worth a rating.

; The image lies in the parent fractal that results when 1/10th 
; negative part of Z^(-6.2) is combined with 1 negative part of 
; Z^(-1.2) and (1/C) is added.
