It ; is neither a Mandelbrot nor a Julia fractal. It is oriented at ; an angle 16 degrees from the Oblate plane of the Julibrot. ; ; The orientation explains the name "A Near-Oblate Set". Since I ; put almost no effort into the image, I gave it no rating.
