; When nothing better turned up, I fell back on the old-faithful 
; fractal workhorse, the Mandelbrot set, where I checked the north-
; west shore line of the main bay.  I found today's minibrot in 
; the Seahorse Valley of a larger minibrot.

; It's a rather humdrum image that I could rate no higher than a 
; 7, but the calculation time is a fireball fast 7 seconds, so no 
; time will have been wasted if the result is disappointing.

; Heavy clouds and continuing drizzle made Sunday a day to be 
; forgotten here at Fractal Central.  The temperature of 64F 18C 
; simply added to the unpleasantness.  The fractal cats went into 
; curl-up mode due to the chill, but it's still technically 
; summer, so it's far too early to think of turning on the heat 
; for them.  The next FOTD will be posted in 24 hours, maybe
