I've been watching this group for a couple of weeks now. 
Popped up strong in ranking during the past few weeks:
132 -> 112 -> 62 -> 55 -> 49 -> 29 (current ranking)

Strong movements, the group looks good and is the focus of my weekends
fundamental studies. A few other charts in the group look good for further
study.

POWI is a young company with good ROE, >36%, little debt. 
73/99 D/B/A. I wouldn't let the D ranking on the group cause too much
concern. 
IBD & WON use a 12 month RS. My charts show POWI at 12 month RS new highs.

Although a bit extended, eh? 
It is almost double its 200sma and 50% above its 50sma.
200d sma = 11 15/16
 50d sma = 13 17/32
current price = 20 1/8

Looks like the best buy would have been on 10/20 or 10/21 at arround $14 -
$15.
