Welcome Hugh to the wonderful group of canslim.

Royal Oaks is a wonderful place and I lived there close to the Detroit Zoo from 1980-1982 prior to the I-696 thru the town. I still go there to visit sometimes.

Enjoy and profit from the wonderful gurus on the list.

Welcome again.
