Over the past couple of years, I have used eBroker, Datek and
Suretrade.  Although I have experienced various computer glitches
placing orders, I believe these deep-discount brokers are just as
good as regular and normal-discount (e.g., Schwab) brokers.  Customer
service, though, typically lags considerably, and you may be on hold
for 15-30+ minutes to reach someone.
