Foreword

While convalescing from surgery, the voice of God interrupted my musings and directed me to write. I asked if I should write then or the next day, since the hour was late? The answer was that I write then. I had no idea what I was to write until started my computer. No sooner than I was prepared than the thoughts of our Father filled my intellect. I did my best to translate into our language the thoughts that God put into my head, and the result is the following. I felt since I was simply the scribe for God’s thoughts, that I should not claim authorship. Here then are the thoughts that came to me that night.

Sons and Daughters of God

Behold my sons and daughters; you are my work and my Glory. Now is the day of your testing so that I might sift the whole and find the strengths of my children. My purpose is to provide a time of trial for them so that they may be placed in their proper places within my Kingdom. This test requires my eternal children to live a mortal life in which they have no memory of home. They must find it within themselves to either live well or not, as they please. I have, and will provide, the light to lead them, but it will seem very far away and dim to their mortal senses. Many will be tempted by the pleasures of mortality, and some will lose all in their pursuit of mortal possessions and powers that last for a time and are gone.

The Earth is innocent, and does not lead my children into error, nor does it lead them to good. But that which is of the Earth must pass away to be replaced by a new celestial world in which my children will again join me in eternal life.

To pay the price of my sons and daughters loss of innocence, I sent my Son, Jesus the Christ, to prepare the way for them to return to me. Those who chose the ways of natural men of the earth hated him and murdered him. Despite this wrong done to my beloved Son and all creation, my plan goes forward in the face of their enmity. My Son’s teachings shine forth through time and eternity, and they who have chosen to act as natural men still hate his words and the spirit of his teaching. Each of my children will receive my word and the word of my son, their Savior. Each must decide for him or herself whether they are to be counted as one of the children of God or of natural man. Now is the time for each to decide, for the time is short and is over sooner than any man thinks. My work is eternal and the realm of mortal man is but a glimmer in time. This is the final test before I judge man and woman, and give them their rewards within my Kingdom. For this reason, I have directed all in my Kingdom to constantly work with those who will hear my voice and who will spread my word amongst the countries of mankind.

My Son, Jesus Christ, spoke clearly the words that I would have him say, and He spoke only of loving one another while remembering me, your Father. I gave him my priesthood and authority to perform miracles, that the children of mortal man might understand the love and power of my Kingdom. Yet the rich and powerful turned their backs and reviled him.

This last test requires that man be free to decide to serve the mortal world or Me. There is no middle ground! Those who love the things of the Earth place their hope and possessions in care of that which must pass away with time. Those who place their faith and hope with Me shall have eternal lives without end. Such is the folly of the natural man that he pursues that which can never be, while ignoring the teachings of a loving Father. I speak only of that which should be the goal of all my children, which is to give the best of their efforts in my service. To each is given certain talents, enlarge them and love your brothers of sisters for their talents, for they are of me, and each must bring their talents Home to be of service to Me and the rest of the Kingdom.

My son Jesus Christ has opened the gate and way to your eternal home. He stands ready to receive you, my sons and daughters. If you would find the way, you must open your hearts to my Latter Day Saint’s, which go forth two by two into the world, teaching my word and offering my priesthood to those who are worthy. This I do, that all my children might be fulfilled in Me.

In this short time it is your decision to make whether you would seek after the world or Me. I am the Father, and will not force any man or woman to my will. Remember this, that no man or woman may enter into my Kingdom, save it be through my Son Jesus Christ, who is your advocate. He has served Me well, and in him I am well pleased, for he freely offered and gave his life as a sacrifice for you, my children. That sacrifice opened the way for your return. If you have not already commenced your journey, then begin your search today by asking Me in the name of Jesus Christ to send my disciples, and they will find you. They will bring with them my authority, and they will teach you my truth. Once you have my word, then act upon it and strive toward perfection. You may never perfect yourselves while upon the Earth, but individually I require your best effort as you strive to find the way back Home.
