Provo Abstract Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated title/escrow company serving our neighbors and friends since 1921. We have five owners with over 85 years of title and escrow experience.

Our title department is thorough and expert in helping to solve any title problems that may arise. Our title officers are experienced in working with surveyors to assist in all the aspects of a new subdivision, including boundary line issues, on any residential/commercial building process. We know that it is important to receive your title commitment in a timely manner, so we make every effort to complete the search and fax or e-mail it as soon as possible. The original is then delivered by our runner.

Our escrow department keeps you, our customer, well-informed. We order payoffs and subordination agreements, verify judgments, liens or other items shown on the title report, discreetly and quickly.

In order to serve you better we have extended hours 9am-7pm to accommodate our clients.

We can make arrangements to close in your model home or your office if it is more convenient for you or your clients.
