Thank you so much for your interest in my writing! I hope you're having a lovely winter full of joy!

I' m thrilled to announce that my second book in my series for Silhouette Special Edition, THE WOMEN OF BRAMBLEBERRY HOUSE, is in stores now. HIS SECOND-CHANCE FAMILY is a January 08 release and features Julia Blair, a new tenant of Brambleberry House, and Will Garrett, neighbor and friend to the new owners of the mansion. Will and Julia became two of my all-time favorite characters. I loved writing this story about two wounded hearts who overcome the pain of their respective pasts to find hope and healing together. Romantic Times gave the book 4 1/2 stars! The series is set on the gorgeous Oregon Coast and features a dog so smart it's spooky, a matchmaking ghost and a rambling house overlooking the ocean.

The first book in the trilogy for Silhouette Special Edition is also still available. THE DADDY MAKEOVER was an October 2007 and also received 4 1/2 stars from Romantic Times. The reviewer called it "a warm, wise story with emotionally complex and intriguing characters."

The third book in the trilogy will tell the story of Anna Galvez. Regular readers of my books might recognize her as the sister to two characters I've featured before, Ren and Daniel Galvez, respective heroes of my books HIGH-STAKES HONEYMOON and SHELTER FROM THE STORM, both 2007 releases from Silhouette Romantic Suspense. I couldn't leave Anna without her own story! Anna's book is titled A SOLDIER'S SECRET and is scheduled for release in August 2008. I know it's a little bit of a wait between the second and third books in the trilogy but that's because I've been busy with a couple of other projects -- a novella in a Mother's Day anthology released by Harlequin in April and a Special Edition continuity book that will be a June 2008 release, A MERGER ... OR MARRIAGE?

As you can see, my writing schedule has been packed! I was incredibly honored that my book DANCING IN THE MOONLIGHT was awarded the prestigious RIO award for best short contemporary romance of 2006 from the Reviewers International Organization. The same book was also named Romantic Times Magazine's Best Silhouette Special Edition of 2006 in their Reviewers' Choice Awards. I loved that story and was thrilled that it received such fantastic recognition from reviewers.

And finally, I must tell you all thank you, thank you for your emails and letters. They always lift my heart!
