RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

The HILL SKI CLUB, in consideration of the promises set forth in 
this agreement, agrees to allow the undersigned to participate 
in activities sponsored or arranged for by the HILL SKI CLUB and 
voted by its members.

I, the undersigned, as a participant in activities of the Hill 
Ski Club, acknowledge that I voluntarily participate in such 
activities. I acknowledge that my participation in any activities 
of the Hill Ski Club is solely for my benefit.

I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my successors, and assignees,
release and forever discharge the United States Air Force and the 
HILL SKI CLUB, and any of their officers, members, employees, and
volunteers, respective, together or in their individual 
capacities, from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes 
of actions of every kind and character on account of injury or 
loss or damage to property, arising out of, or in conjunction 
with the referenced activities which may result from their 
negligence or form any other cause.

I, also expressly agree to Indemnify and to hold harmless the 
United States Air Force and THE HILL SKI CLUB, and any of their 
officers, members, employees, and volunteers, respectively, 
together or in their individual capacities for any liability lose 
or damage, from any and all claims, or suits from any person or 
entity, including third parties, to include but not limited to 
court costs and attorney fees, arising out of or in conjunction 
with the referenced activities, which may result from their 
negligence or from any other cause.

The invalidity of any claims, part or provision of this agreement 
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or 
portions hereof.
