Many people view testimonial information as not being of great value. For the most part reported results are subjective, the person reports being benefited but there is no physical evidence to support the results. It can easily be explained away as a placebo response.

If you pay attention to the interviews and the results that these women report experiencing as a result of the "Wellness Program" they go beyond subjective responses.

One person, Meredith, had been experiencing depression for the last 10 years, and has been prescribed anti-depressant medication for the last 5 years. She has had her prescription dosage greatly reduced by her doctor. (As a follow-up, Meredith no longer takes any anti-depressant medication.) This is not a subjective response.

All three people report improved sleep patterns. Where they once only slept a few hours nightly, they all now enjoy about 8 hours of uninterrupted restorative sleep at night. This is objective and measurable evidence of improved health. (Although, I must admit, I am taking their word for it since I did not actually record their sleeping patterns, before or after.)

Where they once experienced urinary frequency at night, that is no longer a problem. And, where digestive problems were an issue, problems with constipation are cleared up. This is objective material, physical evidence of improved health.

There are those people that want scientific proof, double-blind studies, and peer reviewed journal articles to support findings. For these people all I can say is, hang in there. You'll have the proof you are looking for, in about 10 years.

There are others that will view the information presented here, reason it out in their own minds and decide for themselves whether the information makes sense. Others may get an intuitive feeling that the information makes sense.
